Quotation and fabric.

Website prices are indicative starting prices or ranges in Thai baht. Fabric selection, construction, customization and garment details affect the final amount. Two-piece suit tiers include jacket, trousers, lining options, fittings and fit alterations. Other garments are separate purchases. Your tailor confirms the final quoted price and any applicable charges before starting production.

Payment.

Payment in full when placing an order is preferred. We may accept a minimum deposit of 60%, with the remaining balance payable when your completed garments are collected. Confirm payment arrangements with our team before ordering.

Production and changes.

Tailoring is made specifically for you. We normally begin work and cut ordered fabrics shortly after confirmation. Once production starts, cancellations and changes generally cannot be accepted. Please check measurements, design choices and the estimated completion date with your tailor before you confirm. Any rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Timing.

Typical suit production for Silver, Gold and Platinum is 3 to 5 days, while Full Canvas Bespoke usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Express suits from 12 hours and express shirts from 6 hours are possible only if our team confirms workshop capacity, fabric availability and fitting plans for your particular order.

Delivery and international duties.

Bangkok hotel garment delivery may be arranged without charge, and orders above THB 10,000 qualify for complimentary delivery within Thailand. International courier delivery is available by quotation. Import and export duties and taxes can generally be included where the destination supports this, but some countries do not permit prepaid import charges. We check the rules and any exceptions for your delivery country before confirming the quote. Delivery times also depend on courier and customs processing.

Alterations and aftercare.

We offer complimentary lifetime fit alterations and button repair on garments made by our workshop when their condition and construction allow. Normal fabric wear and damage are not included. If you send garments from overseas, shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us before sending a garment for adjustment.
