Silver, Gold and Platinum suits are typically completed in 3 to 5 days, including planned fittings. Full Canvas Bespoke tailoring usually needs 4 to 6 weeks. We confirm your schedule before you order.

Yes. Subject to materials, workshop capacity and fitting availability, express suit production can be arranged from 12 hours. Express shirts may be possible from 6 hours. Please contact us before relying on a short deadline.

Walk-ins are welcome every day from 09:00 to 20:00. We recommend booking a fitting, especially for premium fabrics, Full Canvas Bespoke tailoring, groups or time-sensitive orders.

Silver usually includes one fitting. Gold and Platinum normally include two. Full Canvas Bespoke normally involves three. We will arrange additional fit adjustments when needed.

Our suit tier prices include a jacket and trousers, lining choices, the planned fittings and fit alterations. Shirts, waistcoats and other items are separate purchases. We confirm the full quotation before work begins.

There is no minimum order, so you can order even a single shirt. We do not charge an express tailoring surcharge, but availability and the minimum safe production time must be confirmed before placing an urgent order.

Bring your favourite jacket, shirt or other garment. Our tailors can use it as a reference for fit, proportions and details, subject to the design and available materials.

We keep measurement and pattern records to help with repeat orders. We confirm any changes in fit before making a new garment. You can discuss your preferences remotely or in store.

We offer complimentary lifetime fit adjustments and button repairs on garments we have made, where the garment’s condition and construction allow the work. Fabric wear is excluded. Customers pay shipping when sending garments to us from overseas.

Hotel garment delivery in Bangkok is complimentary by arrangement. We also arrange international courier delivery. Where available, quotations include applicable duties and taxes. We check destination-specific rules and confirm charges before shipping.

We offer complimentary delivery within Thailand for garment orders above THB 10,000. For international orders, freight costs depend on shipment weight and destination. Our team quotes these before shipping.

Yes. We can arrange complimentary pickup and drop-off from hotels in Bangkok. Airport transfers and special transport requests can be discussed by enquiry.

Full payment at ordering is preferred. A minimum 60% deposit can be accepted, with the balance due when you collect the finished garment. Your tailor confirms the total before work starts.

Made-to-order fabric is normally cut shortly after you place an order. Once production begins, design changes and cancellations generally cannot be accepted. Please confirm all details with your tailor before ordering.

Yes. We arrange wedding and corporate fittings. For Bangkok, there is no minimum corporate order. For fittings elsewhere in Thailand, the usual minimum is 10 people. International group fittings generally require at least 15 people and a minimum total order value of THB 200,000.

Use professional dry cleaning when needed and follow the care advice for your selected fabric. Do not machine-wash a canvas-constructed jacket, as washing can damage its inner structure. Ask our tailors about brushing, airing and storage.
